This happened to us after we bought our lease, and before we erected our HQ.

Once the HQ was up, the problem went away, and we were able to grid to city quite satisfactorily. We got a big alien attack, too!

Did you build a Grid House at the same time as the HQ? Some said they had this problem until they built a Grid House.

I seriously think that's the case. When we didn't have a grid house, we got sent into a place that was like 2 miles outside thezone border. Once we had the grid house, we were able to zone in next to the HQ :p

We didn't build the Grid house right away, since after the first time we used Fgrid to get to our base ( it is a 2 minute walk), so I didn't test that.
In retrospect, I should have  :shock:

Just to confirm we have a grid house, after building HQ and all works fine now.
