I have 2 perks in Alien Technologie Expertise and i want the 3nd for equip NCU ql 300 and some item ql 300... i know i need a quest for i can have Alien Technologie Expertise 3 but i dont know who give me the quest, and how i can finish the miss..... can you help me plz
